The photo board our Willow Springs 5th graders created was put to good use at this year's Draper City Haunted Hollow. Thanks again to all our amazing artists!

In the spirit of community service, the Willow Springs 5th Grade Class painted and donated a photo board to Draper City to be used in the city's annual Haunted Hollow event scheduled for Monday, October 17, 2016 from 6 to 8 PM. (Here's a link for more information on the event.)
After an art lesson on color, tint, and shade; our students painted (6 at a time) on the project in our room during the month of September. The students then applied weather resistant coating and I cut out the face holes. The 5th Graders did a great job mixing colors and adding highlight spots. Check out their work below and then be sure to attend the city's Haunted Hollow activity on the 17th! |
